Chef Matthew Crawford is a graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute. He has been a chef now for 25 years, with experience at many top restaurants throughout the Southwest. Recently he was chef at one of Las Vegas’s best steakhouse, Vic & Anthony’s. Matthew is dedicated to creating original entrees that are made with only the freshest ingredients and make guests want more. He is proud to say he’s served two Presidents, Bill Clinton and George W. Bush. You’ll have to come in and ask him what they ordered!

Neil Grimes was born and raised in Germantown, MD. He moved to Prescott in 2004 after finishing school. Throughout his 20 year career in the restaurant industry, he has held every position from busboy to General Manager. In 2014 Neil transitioned from the front of the house to back of the house. Since then he has been honored to work with some of Prescott’s most talented Chefs, cultivating his culinary skills. Neil is passionate about serving up amazing food ~  make sure you stop by on Sunday’s and see what he is cooking up for brunch!
